GRO's proprietary training program is designed and implemented by Deaf experts from the United States, who are equipped to share best practices in leadership and management skills training and start-up enterprise management with the Deaf community in India, in collaboration with Deaf experts identified in India.

GRO designs and implement innovative leadership and management skills training modules for Deaf individuals specifically geared towards creating and/or supporting profit-generating enterprises through four primary components:
